DLA Piper Frankfurt

After award-winning designs for the firm’s Munich and Hamburg offices, our team created a new office concept for DLA Piper in Frankfurt. The objective was to design an innovative workplace that reflects the forward-looking, professional approach of the international law firm. Using our systematic needs analysis as a basis, we started the search for the international firm’s ideal rental property. When DLA Piper decided to go for the top seven storeys including the roof terrace of WINX - The Riverside Tower, we also assisted in negotiating the lease agreement with the property developers Art-Invest. Boasting 42,000 square meters of total floor space, this 110-metre high-rise on the banks of the Main River features a striking design and acts as a gateway to Frankfurt’s city centre. The butterfly-shaped towers of this DGNB Platinum certified building are a prominent feature of the surrounding skyline. Because the team from CSMM was involved at such an early stage in the project, they were able to adapt certain structural elements of the building during planning and achieve a very open, agile workplace design tailored to the needs of the staff and optimised for the firm’s workflows.
