The foyer zone and the ground floor of the multi-tenant house in Eschborn, completed in 2002 with a total area of 38,000 square meters, will be given a new look. The four-storey foyer zone will be redesigned as the new meeting point of the office complex. CSMM has designed a restaurant with coworking offerings for the current functional canteen area.
