With the move to the new office space at Odeonsplatz, Art Invest was to receive its own corporate identity, as in other locations, also in Munich. This should be reflected in the prominent address, the listed building, and in the nature of the office concept. The previously practiced corporate culture in classic single and double offices, becomes an open, communicative office world. A closed center zone and a representative reception area with various types of meeting create an exciting mix between classic and modern. The new concept has been designed to treat the history of the house with respect. Through noble materials and classic wall elements the history of the building flourishes again, but gets by many glass elements and clear design language an unmistakable lightness.
